Because linear movement is changed to rotational movement, the ball screw travel distance and stage travel angle differs. Therefore, the resolution of each pulse at the stroke center and the stroke end differs. Even if you send a pulse signal at a constant velocity [constant speed] the rotation speed will not be consistent.
