On Board Controller is a device that attaches an optical encoder to the side of the stage and uses the controller to move the required position or check the moved value. A normal encoder is used by attaching it to the rear axle of the motor.
Its disadvantage is that it is not possible to accurately read the error value caused by structural problems including coupling slippage or screw twisting. If you attach an optical encoder to the side of the stage, you can read or move the value accurately.
This product can move to a specific position by using the rear knob of the motor, check the value, and then move while accurately reading the distance to the final position by using the jog or button. After setting the value at a specific location, it allows you to check the distance to the origin again after moving to the second point. We also accept special orders based on user needs.
