- Align stage is used for controlling 2 or 3 axes, such as Xθ, XYθ, separately or using 3 or 2 axes at the same time. In general, it is made up of X, Y, R axis, but because it gets too tall in this case, and the machine size becomes relatively larger. This stage is for machines where height is lowered, and heavy load can be applied in a wide range.
Structure & Selection Point
LA-series is created to have various top plate area sizes, from 100~700mm, and to bear load from 5~300kg or more. For the internal travel guide, the cross roller is used, and for the drive device, the ball screw is used, thus allowing fine adjustments to be accurately made. Depending on the ball screw, it can be controlled at a super high precision level. LA series is usually specially custom made according to the user’s request, and depending on use, heavy load (3000Kg) may also be requested, where in this case, instead of applying the cross roller guide, an LM-guide for heavy loads is applied.
LAC-Series is relatively compact. The top plate size is 70~120mm or less, and it can be applied to small stroke, and small loads, thus the size of the machine can be compact.
