The rotary stage rotates using a worm gear and worm screw. It can bear heavy loads better than general sine motion rotary stages, and is perfect for positioning wide angles or continuously rotating 360°. The penetration hole in the center is perfect for organizing cables or rotating the polarized light device of the optical system. Some disadvantages are that backlash may occur when repeating fine movement at a certain section. For machines where you wish to apply this stage, make sure to check and recommend the operation time. If repetitive movement in a section continues for a long time, or the angle is small, the sine motion rotary stage is recommended. Always apply grease before use, and after appropriate amount of use, it must be checked. If a high speed 360° rotation rotary stage is needed, a belt type is available.
