Actuator is a product that converts the rotational motion of the motor into a linear motion by combining a high-precision grinding screw and a step motor. The very precisely ground screw has low backlash and can realize high-precision feed. By removing the microhead of the existing manual stage and installing an actuator, an automatic transfer device can be implemented simply. All our manual stages are equipped with the existing microhead as standard, so it can be applied to all manual stages equipped with a head. It can be applied as it is, regardless of product changes or sizes that may occur when changing the existing manual stage to an automatic stage. It is possible to control using the 1-axis, 2-axis, and 4-axis developed by our company, and the user can use the existing controller.
